I am a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Biology with a focus on neuroscience. I've had a passion for tutoring since high school where I oversaw our tutoring program as well as tutored students in Biology, Algebra, and Calculus. While I attended Johns Hopkins, I continued to tutor students for the SAT and ACT as well as Biology. I am most passionate about tutoring in Biology even though I am proficient in a wide range of subjects. I firmly believe that there is not one way to learn. Unfortunately, our schools only show one way and largely focus on test scores to measure a student's success. I like to tailor my teaching style based on each of my student's needs, so they are properly prepared to excel in the classroom.
