I completed my undergraduate education at DeVry University. My first graduate-Masters degree comes from Keller Graduate School of Management and the second one from Purdue University. Yes, I am a proud Boilermaker. I am now working toward the completion of my doctoral degree in Applied Technology and Leadership at Purdue University. I am passionate about tutoring management core topics and leadership subjects, as the importance of understanding the correct meaning and interdependencies is vital to those entering the management market or academic endeavors. My tutoring/teaching style is a collaborative, open discussion and active interaction. I base my style on identified gaps of knowledge by student as a start point, until I identify additional knowledge gaps related to or need-to-know information. I welcome cultural diversity and equal education opportunities, strongly. I will not turn my back on failure or excuses, team effort guided with wisdom will always win. The open-style teaching provides the best exposure-and-retainage of information as opposed to traditional learning environment. My goal is to maximize the retainage of information by my students, with exposure to real-life challenging scenarios. Hands-on experience is proven to last and bring the desired skills, with practice. Outside academia, my background is project management in the construction industry, either individual projects or programs and portfolios of projects. The sky is the limit, let's go for it!
