Hey there!

My name's Peter Ripple. I studied writing at Drake University where I also taught at a writing center for three years. After school, I taught English abroad and then pursued a career in copy writing. Oh, and I'm a rock climber, writer and owner of a farmer's market stand!

I believe that good writing is concise, clear and to the point. The first priority is always the argument or thesis. Everything else--grammar, syntax, vocabulary--comes next.

Apart from that, it's important to know that writing doesn't have to be boring. If a student is struggling, there's bound to be some idea they find intriguing to write about. We'll find it!
