Certified Tutor

I recently graduated in May 2018 with a BA in French and was a French tutor at ASU during the Spring 2018 semester. I am also a novice Spanish speaker and enjoy practicing conversational skills in both languages. My academic accomplishments include placing on the Dean's List for four consecutive semesters from Fall 2016 to Spring 2018 and graduating Cum Laude. One of my life goals is to become an English instructor in a French-speaking country. In the meantime, I am currently working to complete a certificate to teach French in Arizona.
I have traveled internationally. Last summer, in July 2017, I completed a French-immersive study abroad program with ASU in Quebec, Canada. More recently, I vacationed in Europe and visited Amsterdam and two French cities; Nice and Paris. I intend to continue traveling and exploring as many Francophone countries as I am possibly able to decide where to live long-term.
My personality is easy-going, and I do enjoy teaching others. I am an avid supporter of secondary and tertiary/multiple language acquisition and hope to someday return to school to pursue a masters program and perhaps later a doctorate, life willing. Other subjects I would enjoy assisting students in learning include Algebra and essay writing and editing.
