I am very excited to begin working with students through Varsity tutors!

I have over ten years of experience teaching students Pre-K through 12th grade. I have experience as a tutor, substitute teacher, intervention teacher as well as in teaching Pre-K. I am currently an educator at a local museum giving me experience in both formal and informal teaching styles. I have a Bachelor's and a Master's in history as well as a Master's in Education.

I enjoy reading, learning and teaching. I try to find new, fun ways to teach things so that my students stay engaged and interested while truly connecting and understanding the material. I believe strongly in the various learning styles and work hard to adapt my teaching and tutoring to these styles individually for each student to provide a unique learning experience.
