Certified Tutor

I believe that a great tutor will foster a curiosity and passion for the topic that they are teaching. Through active learning methods, my students will become content experts and develop independent learning habits that will allow them to be academically successful. I practice what I teach- I am a 4.0 premedical student at Rice University majoring in Biochemistry and Cell Biology as well as Sports Medicine. I received a perfect score of 2400 on the SAT and a perfect score of 36 on the ACT in high school, and am currently self-studying for the MCAT using the same strategies I use to teach the SAT and ACT. I also am working on writing a textbook on Medical Professionalism and working in a cancer research lab at MD Anderson.

In my free time I love to cycle and climb, and I love working with students of all ages.
