Certified Tutor

I possess my MA in Education for Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction. I have my BA in Education for Elementary Education and I co-majored in English and I also am certified as Teacher of Students with Disabilities. I am a mom and teacher devoted to improving the lives of our youth. I currently am employed as a special education teacher and have previously instructed general elementary and middle school classrooms. I am also a cheerleading coach at my school and I run my community cheerleading organization. I am dedicated to improving the lives of children and enjoying spreading positive energy and spirit through our school and community. I can tutor a variety of subjects including reading, writing, and arithmetic for students as well as computer literacy for adults. I am a firm believer in the importance of education and that every day is a day to learn something new. I enjoy teaching others as much as I enjoy learning from others. I think every situation is a chance to learn and I think it is necessary to be open to the fact that every opportunity is a learning experience. I encourage my students to be confident in their abilities and enjoy celebrating their successes with them. When I am not teaching or coaching, I enjoy being in the sun at the pool, at the beach, or at my kids sporting activities.
