Being a chemistry teacher allows me to share my passion for the study of materials and their change. I enjoy helping my students grasp a better understanding of the atom, chemical change and the math that defines it. But the most satisfying aspect of this work is to shape the lives and minds of students.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemistry Education and, during my 27 years of teaching, completed a master's degree with a concentration in Chemistry/Physics instruction.
Personally I enjoy outside sports, movies and woodworking. My wife directs musical theater, which my children act in and I build sets for

I have taught the applied sciences for the last 27 years including Basic/ Honors Chemistry on the high school level; Basic, some Organic and solution Chemistry on the college level; Basic, Honors & AP Physics on High School level and Introductory Physics on the college level
