Certified Tutor

My objective as a tutor is to provide learners with the skills and support they need in order to pursue and achieve their goals. In short: I want to help you learn how to succeed. My passion is in humanities and information studies, particularly writing. I have degrees in the humanities from UNC-Chapel Hill (BA) and Syracuse University (MS). Both programs helped me to grow and develop my skills as a writer, gave me the opportunity to publish my work, and taught me how to grow as a student and learner. I have experience in working with students of all ages, from pre-K to college and graduate school, and I've definitely enjoyed the variety!

When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy reading, watching football and basketball, cooking, and being outside in my hammock.
