As part of my professional background, I hold a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Childhood Education. In addition to my New York State teaching license, I also hold a Texas teaching license. My professional experience includes educational leadership, curriculum and development, and teaching and learning. Because of my experience with the Common Core, TEKS, IB, and the National Curriculum, I have a deep understanding of these subjects and standards. Over the course of my career, I have served as an acting assistant principal, a curriculum coordinator, an interventionist, and a student adviser in top schools around the globe. Currently, I work remotely as a curriculum designer for one of the top language learning apps.
