Certified Tutor

I have been teaching in elementary schools for 7 years. I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Special Education (K-12) and Elementary Education (PK-6). I have training and teaching experience with students K-5. I am currently a 3rd-5th grade special education teacher in North Carolina. Previously, I taught a kindergarten self-contained classroom and a fifth grade general education classroom. I have extensive experience teaching English Language Learning students in my classrooms. I have tutored in first, second, and third grade. I have a passion for teaching and helping to mold young minds. I love to see students grow and show their full potential! I am also our school's technology facilitator. I conduct professional developments often to assist teachers with technology needs in the classroom. I have a three-year-old son named Grayson and I love being his mom! I enjoy reading books, writing in my journal, and spending time with friends and family.
