Certified Tutor

I'm a freshman biomedical engineering major at the University of Texas at Austin. I tutor students in the subjects of biology, calculus, and music.

I can prepare students for the following AP exams:
- AB Calculus
- Biology
- Music Theory

During high school, I spent my time helping other students prepare for these exams and for their classes in general, particularly STEM courses.

During the past six months, I worked as a vocal instructor at a local music school in the Houston area. There, I taught students ages 5-18 proper vocal technique as well as performance skills to prepare them to sing onstage. I was also involved in teaching group music lessons where we prepared young students to perform onstage with their respective rock instruments, such as the electric guitar, bass, drum kit, keyboard, and voice. I also highly emphasize teaching music theory along with any other music lesson as it is vitally important to a student's understanding of music as a whole.

I have been involved in choirs for 11+ years and I have been classically trained by teachers with masters in vocal pedagogy. While in high school, I went to state competitions and performed in varsity choirs as well as an acapella group.
