I am currently pursuing my masters degree in Biomedical Engineering at Arizona State University. I have been a teaching assistant throughout my undergraduate engineering degree and my honors thesis was on engineering education techniques. I have a passion for learning and sharing this knowledge with others. I recently realized that one way I can do this is by tutoring students who may be struggling in class. I want to also help encourage students to be involved in STEM education and help them to learn the importance of math and science in our every day lives.

I enjoy running and recently completed my first marathon. I also love to hike and try to spend most of my free time exploring Arizona. My other hobbies baking, wake boarding, and country western dancing. My main interests are new technologies and research specifically related to the medical field. I am also interested in traveling and enjoy experiencing new environments and cultures
