I aim to help a student think that they can. I have a 9 year old daughter that I have been helping for several years with homework and understanding various concepts that she might not get at first. Using encouragement and letting her do the work to understand something her way has helped her to have a solid educational work ethic.
I have an MBA, been through the rigors of the New York State school system, and am well trained in test taking. Each student learns differently and I aim to find how a student I work with learns and then utilize that to help them understand the material they are having difficulty with.
