I am a recent graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. I am certified to teach K-12 Choral, General, and Instrumental Music. I recently moved across the country and to attend the University of New Mexico for a Masters of Music, with a concentration in Trumpet Performance.

My last semester at the University of Illinois was spent student teaching, working with grades 4-12, teaching both large ensembles and classes as well as small groups of 4-5 students. I am extremely comfortable working with students of all ages and experience levels. My favorite subjects to teach are the various band instruments and music theory, as those are the subjects I have the most background experience in. I am also extremely willing and looking forward to be able to tutor a variety of math, English, German, and writing courses!

When I am not tutoring and practicing trumpet, I love to cook, hike, play tennis, and enjoy the amazing New Mexico weather!
