I graduated from UC Irvine in 1990 with a degree in English. I studied Education for two years at NC State. I have been tutoring regularly on my own since 2010. I have tutored students from grade two through high school. I have taught simple texts to younger students, and Shakespeare to older students. My focus has been on teaching reading, writing and grammar. Recently I started teaching ESL to Chinese students online. You can be confident that your student will receive valuable English instruction whether your student is struggling or just wants to hone his or her skills.
