With a strong passion for teaching and motivating others, I utilize an enthusiastic approach to help students gain the necessary confidence for succeeding in their studies. As a student who once struggled with math yet eventually went on to pursue a graduate degree in Applied Mathematics, I have a deep understanding for the difficulties students face while studying STEM fields. Through several years of higher education, I have found that solving relevant examples work best for solidifying concepts. This is the primary method I use when teaching, as I am a huge proponent of hands on work over that of theoretical notation.
