I have received my first bachelors in Psychology and during that time I was a mentor/tutor for students in various science courses. Through that experience, I found a passion for helping others learn. Upon graduation I was a volunteer for the King County Library System where I worked with children in low income areas.
Afterwards, I went back to school a received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. When I am not tutoring, I work as a Nurse in the Operating Room at a Level 1 Trauma Hospital.
I am excited to have joined the varsity tutors team so that I can still help students through their journey in school around my other work schedule.
Other than assisting as a tutor, I love to play volleyball, basketball and ping pong. I am also a huge fan of karaoke and board games.
