Growing up tri-lingual (fluent in German, Swiss German, and English) and having lived in 3 different countries in my life, but primarily growing up in the U.S., has instilled in me a love, curiosity and passion for languages, people of different nationalities and of course teaching. As well as the internationally recognized University of Cambridge based CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) certificate, I have 10 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (of various subjects- i.e. grammar, writing, pronunciation, speaking, conversational, college prep etc.); TOEFL Test Prep and German.

I have taught in Switzerland, New York City and now here in Atlanta at various organizations and schools. The most recent schools I have had the pleasure of teaching here in Atlanta include: Interactive College of Technology, Education First, TALK Language Center, Alta Language Services and more. I have experience teaching private one on one lessons, as well as group classes. I find that one on one lessons are much more beneficial for the student since the student receives my complete attention and together, we have the ability and flexibility to tailor the lessons to his or her specific language goals.
