What is your teaching philosophy?
My style is through understanding and not memorizing. This approach allows students to solve new problems the first time, without having to memorize a process or strategy. Rather, students are armed with a mastery of each topic and concept such that even new problems are easy to break down and solve.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Typically, during a first session with a student, I like to go over basic topics with them in the subject matter in order to attain a good sense of where they stand. This allows the tutor and student to develop a better connection
