What is your teaching philosophy?
I LOVE my subject! I strive to improve overall comprehension of the subject matter in ways that will facilitate the student's ability to consistently and comprehensively present/apply the information they have learned. I "meet students where they are". My initial goal is to accurately identify where the student is in relation to Bloom's taxonomy of educational learning objectives. I then facilitate the evolution of their learning process in ways that allow them to advance throughout the learning continuum.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
