What is your teaching philosophy?
Teach in an innovative way so the students don't get bored and they understand the real-life application.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Try to get the student comfortable with me and test his grip on various topics so I can plan the course of action.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
Show him the right way to do things, and then help him to get his concepts right.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
When the student is depressed, I will help him to know what his strong points are and make him better in the topic that he needs help with.
