I have been tutoring part time since 2007. I graduated in 2010 from Ramapo College where I majored in business finance and minored in mathematics. I've tutored elementary school through college aged students in many different subjects including elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra 1 and 2, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and calculus. I also provide preparation for the math portion of the SATs and ACTs.

What is your teaching philosophy?
Keeping in mind that each child has their own learning style, I will guide your child through their studies in a way that makes sense to them. I always make sure to come prepared with additional examples to accompany the material we are covering, so as to ensure that your child achieves a full grasp of the topic or concept.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
I try my best to make learning fun for every child. When possible, I incorporate educational games to make it easier for the material to be digested.
