Certified Tutor

I received a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Binghamton. I have been tutoring over 5 years starting from basic math subjects such as algebra and geometry, to college level math. My favorite subjects to tutor is SAT Math and Calculus, because I believe that they're vital subjects in range of different math topics. I was once lost in my own education, feeling like I didn't have a specific talent or strong area. However, my own private tutor raised my confidence and showed me that math is not an enigma. I'm very patient and am great at motivating the student. I make sure the student understands each step, as well as not giving them the answer directly. Now, I would love to give back to the people who are using Varsity Tutors.
