Nicole: Bradenton tutor
Certified Tutor
Teaching is my passion. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in elementary school. I received my bachelor's degree in child study at St. Joseph's College. My teaching experience includes numerous student teaching assignments, employment as a teacher's assistant in a summer learning program, and informal tutoring of friends and family. I am also currently a teacher at a day care learning center. The subjects that I tutor include algebra, elementary and middle school math, homework help, reading, and writing. All of the aforementioned subjects are subjects I enjoy teaching very much. I love to read and write, which makes teaching those subjects so much easier and more enjoyable. I also love math ,and I love to figure out ways to help students understand certain concepts. I believe there is no better feeling than helping a child to understand and utilize new concepts. As a tutor, I will work with each student based on his or her interests and strengths. I will help to foster understanding, and to make learning fun. I will help boost each student's confidence in each subject, and make each student proud of their achievements.
