Certified Tutor

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2014 with a degree in international studies and a minor in French, and I recently returned from France where I worked as an English teacher for a year. I have been tutoring students of all ages since I was in high school, both privately and with tutoring organizations focusing mostly on English (reading comprehension, writing, etc.), but I have also tutored quite a bit of math, and I am excited to start tutoring French!
When I tutor, I try to do all that I can to create an environment where the student feel comfortable enough to make mistakes and, most importantly, learn from them!
In my free time I like to be outside running or biking, or reading a book or magazine, but my true love is traveling.
