Certified Tutor

As a graduate of Williams College, I received my Bachelors of Arts as a double major in Religion and Arabic Studies and a concentration in International Studies. Throughout high school and college, I worked with a range of students on all academic subjects, emphasizing confidence building through academic engagement. After graduation, I worked in Yemen for nine months coordinating a State Department English Language program for Yemeni youth, a life-changing experience that inspired me to approach the teaching process with a broader, encompassing perspective. Apart from my experience with the Arabic language, I am also a native Spanish speaker. Although I am available to tutor in a range of topics, I am particularly passionate about History, Religion, Geography, and all Social Studies. I have personally committed myself to improving education throughout the world and promoting its appreciation among students in order to enhance the learning process as well as intrinsically benefit the student. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world, reading novels, yoga, and volunteering with youth.
