Certified Tutor

I recently earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and am a certified CLRA tutor from Chaffey College Math Success Center. From my 4 years of tutoring experience, I have experienced the joys of teaching and have become attracted to the art, which has guided me to aspire to become a professor of mathematics. Although I want to become a professor to teach at the university level, I also enjoy teaching younger students because I believe that having a strong foundation, understanding of the basics, is key to succeeding in any math course. Aside from tutoring math, I enjoy indoor and outdoor rock climbing. It is a great pastime because no matter how long I have climbed, the challenges keep coming!
