What interests me most about tutoring students in writing and reading is the way that confidence in communication can open up new doors of expression that may have previously been unexplored.

I think that if you believe in your ability to clearly articulate yourself, you can feel more free in pretty much every aspect of your life, especially in your relationships-- and I believe that freedom translates directly into academic success.

In other words, I don't think that academic success happens in a vacuum, and as a tutor I'm particularly interested in working patiently with students one-on-one to turn limiting beliefs into habits of confidence.
