I have been teaching in NYC for a few years and it has opened my eyes to different types of learners. Being able to accommodate students with different learning styles has broadened my horizons as an educator and has ultimately increased my desire to teach (and learn). Having been exposed to diverse learning atmospheres with small and large groups of students, lower socioeconomic and affluent NYC areas, all with different teaching philosophies has made me qualified and eager to tutor.
