I am a Texas native, where I graduated from University of Houston with a bachelors degree in Finance. Additionally, I am a May 2015 law school graduate. I currently work in the field of intellectual property. I have tutored students in college algebra, accounting, finance, international business, economics, legal research and writing, intellectual property, and several other courses. My favorite subject to teach is intellectual property.I believe that every student has what it takes to score the A, it is up to the tutor and teacher to bring those skills to the forefront! Success is more about commitment than any other skill; with dedication and commitment anything can be accomplished! Sometimes a student just needs a push, pull, or different interpretation of the material. That's where I come in! I enjoy running, reading, and playing tennis in my free time.

I went to high school in Miami, Fl, and before that I lived and studied abroad. In the past I have been a middle school math tutor with Mu Alpha Theta and have been offered tutor positions by the Student Academic Resource Center at UCF. I tutor Economics (both macro and micro), U.S Government and Politics, U.S. History, and Spanish (native speaker. I can help students prepare for the advanced placement tests in all of these subjects. I also help students prepare for college readiness assisting with applications, essays, and SAT critical reading and writing. In my spare time I am a member of the UCF Western Equestrian Team, where I compete in horsemanship competitions, and I am an avid guitar player. I am also very passionate about traveling.My favorite part of tutoring is seeing my students setting up goals and being able to accomplish them. If I had to pick my favorite subjects to tutor they would be U.S.History and U.S. government. So much in fact, that I read books about these subjects just for pleasure. Nonetheless, I am very proficient in all the other subjects that I tutor as well.

I am currently a junior undergraduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, pursuing a double major in actuarial science and accounting as well as a minor in mathematics.I've helped my classmates with their homework my entire life, but never thought anything of it until I was offered the position of mathematics and statistics tutor at Concordia University Nebraska.My tutoring strengths lie in business and mathematics courses.Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending my free time with friends and relaxing outdoors.

I know as a student, whatever age you may be, you will have trouble with some schoolwork. I went through the exact same things, and luckily, I had a tutor, someone who knew exactly what the subject was about and taught me how to solve the problem, without solving it themselves. I aim to be that same person to any student, who is having trouble with certain subjects at school.

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in accounting and graduated from Bloomsburg University. I passed the CPA exam and have extensive knowledge and Microsoft office software. I get to know my tutees by first asking them how they prefer to learn. I then base my lesson plan on their preferred style of teaching. I like to break down problems step by step and help guide the student so they completely understand the material.My favorite subjects to tutor are the CPA exam, intermediate accounting, financial accounting, cost accounting, managerial accounting, and ITM.
