I am an experienced and passionate educator specializing in Spanish and English education.

I taught Spanish for 4.5 years to students ranging from middle school to the university level. I currently teach English and English as a Second Language (ESL) at a public high school. I have a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a Masters of Arts in Teaching, both emphasizing in Spanish and second language acquisition. Language education has been my life's work and I am excited to share my passion for learning with my students.

My teaching style is hands-on, communicative and fun. I will tailor lessons to meet my students' individual learning needs and language goals. In addition to direct instruction and academic support based on your needs, I love to use music, stories and games to help my students grasp language concepts. I will make our time together both valuable to you as a learner and enjoyable, because learning a language should be fun.
