We've been born into a puzzling place. From the moment we arrive, we engage in a lifelong process of acclimation. At first the questions are broad and invoked by wonderment. As life goes on, some of its players put their inquiries to rest. Whether exhaustion, complacency, discouragement, this world subjects us to weathering and we have to fight to maintain our spirits for fear of sinking into inertia. To want to move forward, we must see purpose and that purpose must impassion. Passion feeds off of inspiration, and inspiration strikes when the mind is lively, not inert. So, inspiration is something that can be cultivated if we cultivate the mind.
To stop asking questions is to become inanimate. We must never stop asking questions. We must never stop drawing connections because they paint such a beautiful picture.
