Hillsdale, NJ tutoring

She seemed to be fairly proficient with algebra but struggled with geometry. She can also be a little intimidated by some questions so we worked on trying to simplify and break down questions so they weren't as daunting. She has strong organizational skills and has done a large amount of studying prior to our session. I encouraged her to go back through previous problems to see if the strategies I taught might help her tackle those problems. We planned to continue working on the math portion in our next session.
