I'm Alyssa! I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology (with Honors and a 4.0 GPA!). I am a current Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at Texas Woman's University, continuing my education in Kinesiology and related subjects.

I am looking to begin tutoring as a true mentor, and not as a classmate. I have always excelled in and enjoyed the classroom setting. I scored a 34 composite on my ACT and 2120 on my SAT, and would be happy to help with the challenges of preparing for standardized tests, as well as regular subjects for school. I'm an undergraduate at UH-Clear Lake working on a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences. I've tutored for about two years now, including a year working at San Jacinto College's Math Center. It was a great experience because it was very busy and I got the chance to help dozens of students every day. However, I enjoy one-on-one tutoring the most because there is less pressure to help as many people as possible. Instead, I can focus on a single student for the entire session.

This is why I have obtained not only a Bachelor's degree in education, but I have obtained a Master's degree as well.
