About Me

I am an educator and researcher with a strong commitment to advancing equitable and effective mathematics education. I hold a Master of Science in Mathematics Education from Morgan State University and bring over seven years of teaching experience across Nepal and the United States. My professional work focuses on reducing math anxiety, supporting diverse learners, and integrating technology to enhance conceptual understanding. I have served as a mathematics teacher, teaching assistant, and substitute teacher, working with students at the elementary, middle, and postsecondary levels. In addition, I have contributed to educational research through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and academic peer review, with interests in math anxiety, emotional well-being, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in education. Through leadership, research, and classroom practice, I am committed to improving student outcomes and contributing meaningfully to the field of education.
