About Me

Licensed Teacher. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a middle-level/intermediate math endorsement. I have taught students in 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th grades, with experience in every grade from Kindergarten to 8th grade. I have experience working with students with dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, and autism and have experience with summer school programs that focus on teaching reading to all lower elementary students. I have additional training focusing on the foundations of reading and writing, and strategies to teach these concepts to young learners. My favorite subject to teach is math! I love helping students gain confidence in themselves and their academics by making learning meaningful, relatable, and FUN!
