As an enthusiastic educator with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Baylor University, I have dedicated over 5 years to igniting a passion for learning in my students. My teaching journey includes experiences in various classroom settings, from elementary school math to high school geography, as well as the unique opportunity of homeschooling my own children from kindergarten through eighth grade. My teaching philosophy centers on recognizing that each student learns differently; I employ creative strategies to tailor lessons to individual needs, especially for those who may struggle with traditional approaches. The joy of witnessing students reach their potential motivates me every day, and I strive to foster a supportive environment where they feel empowered to express their ideas, whether through writing or exploring the wonders of science.

I have always loved to read. my new interest is writing- creating a new world for others to read. I enjoy doing yoga and swimming. I also enjoy baking bread and crocheting.
