I have taught 6th and 7th grade throughout my five years in the classroom, and I have also coached cheerleaders. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in dance and another in history, along with a master's degree in teaching from Converse University. I earned my undergraduate degree from Coker University. I currently tutor ELA and Social Studies for all grade levels, with a particular passion for Social Studies. I love sharing the stories of historical events and aim to help students feel a sense of accomplishment, regardless of where they begin. I truly believe that students are capable of much more than they realize, and it is my job to help them uncover their potential by tailoring my approach to meet each student's unique needs. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy crafting activities like embroidery and diamond painting. I also love spending time with my husband and son, and we often watch baseball and gymnastics together.
