I hold undergraduate degrees in both Business and Mathematics, as well as graduate degrees in Business and Education, and a doctorate in International and Comparative Law. With over 20 years of teaching experience across English, science, and math, I've worked with students ranging in age from 2 to 20 in Thailand, China, Saudi Arabia, and the USA. My background includes extensive test preparation instruction for the TOEFL, SAT, and ACT, AP and core math classes for middle school through early university. In addition to teaching, I've been conducting interdisciplinary research, publishing peer-reviewed articles in academic journals focusing on economics, trade, policy, human rights, and language arts. I approach teaching holistically: triangulating content areas with text, graphics, tables, algebra, and any other means. I think anybody can learn nearly anything with time and effort. There's no substitute for time on task, and I'm here to help put in hours with learners who want to grow.
