About Me

My name is Elijah J. and I am college graduate who has been through the rigorous coursework of elementary education. I have had over 200+ hours of field experience in Kentucky schools, most being one on one time with special needs populations as well as whole group instruction when tasked with. I am equipped with numerous strategies to help my students grow and learn what content they need to master skills. Throughout my education and professional career I have attended multiple professional development seminars, bringing fresh teaching strategies and ideas into the forefront of every action I take as an instructor. When it comes to tutoring, I take my students background as well as previous knowledge into account when designing and planning lessons as well as activities in order to better help their skills grow and achieve their goals.
