With a Master's degree in Special Education from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Newman University, I bring over 9 years of classroom experience and more than 2 years of dedicated tutoring in Elementary School English. My passion lies in supporting students who struggle with reading, particularly those with Dyslexia, and I employ a patient, tailored approach to meet each learner's unique needs. Outside of teaching, I enjoy sewing quilts, bike riding, and cherishing moments with my family, which helps me maintain a balanced perspective that I bring into my tutoring sessions.
