I incorporate activities into lessons and try to engage as many senses as possible to help children learn and retain the subject content. I have extensive experience working with children with special needs, children on the spectrum, and children with ADHD and ODD, having worked as a behavior modification therapist. I treat each child as an individual and can encourage and de-escalate as needed. I can support homeschoolers and their parents, as I have homeschooled my own children.
