I've always been passionate about teaching since I was a child. "Playing School" was my favorite game to play growing up. So, I became a teacher, but I'm also an editor. My experience teaching has been an adventure because I don't just teach; I learn with my students. My favorite subject to tutor is English, writing, and reading because I've always been a "word nerd," and teaching these subjects leads to other subjects like history, current events, and culture that can add richly to lessons. Outside of teaching, I spend a lot of time reading. I enjoy traveling, too, because there is so much world to see and learn about.
