About Me

I am dedicated to helping all students develop a love of learning. I have been a teacher for over 30 years and my favorite subject is Mathematics. I have taught students of all ages from elementary school to college. I earned my Bachelor's degree from UNC-Wilmington and my Master's degree from ECU. I believe education is essential for a successful life. I know everyone can learn and it is my job to find the best methods to help students succeed. I enjoy kayaking, swimming, yoga and meditation.
