About Me

Dr. Dominica Felici-Skal, EdD, EdS, NCSP is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Certified Wilson Reading System & Orton-Gillingham Instructor, and Autism & Dyslexia Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She integrates research in behavioral self-regulation to help students from Pre-K through adulthood succeed academically, emotionally, and socially. Dr. Dominica provides online structured literacy tutoring, executive function coaching, and academic intervention using evidence-based, multisensory approaches. With personal experience in Dyslexia, ADHD, and anxiety, she brings empathy and precision to every session. She partners closely with parents, grandparents, and caregivers to support the growth of every neurodiverse learner. Dr. Dominica's mission is to empower families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to help each learner thrive.
