I believe that tailoring a plan for those achievements should focus on flexibility and differentiation, as well as learning styles and previous achievements and challenges. I do this through an initial diagnostic and continuous analysis of learning data in order to adjust for each student as they need. I have worked in education since 2004. I have taught elementary school fourth and fifth grades, as well as middle school American history and middle school math. I have spent time tutoring pre-service teachers to take their licensure exams. I have also been trained in various capacities, such as social, emotional learning, English language, learning, and training for professional development within the school district. I have obtained my bachelors and masters of arts in education and am currently a licensed teacher in the state of Kansas.
