As a graduate with a Bachelor's in Nursing from Ohio State University, I am passionate about helping students excel in their understanding of complex subjects like Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology. As a preceptor, clinical instructor and tutor I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging deeply with the material. My approach emphasizes practical applications of nursing concepts, which fosters critical thinking and retention. I am dedicated to empowering students to build effective study skills and organizational strategies, ensuring they are well-prepared for exams like the HESI, NCLEX and certification exams. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, and finding innovative solutions as I am a patent holder and have an additional patent pending.
