There are three things I am passionate about: English, teaching, and student success. Tutoring is where all three of my passions come together.

As a dedicated college professor with a Master's degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I have over 4 years of relevant teaching experience. I love helping students from all backgrounds develop their writing skills, particularly in College English, Creative Writing, and English Grammar. Every student has a unique voice, and I strive to create a supportive environment where they can express themselves while taking pride in their work. My teaching style emphasizes direct, personalized feedback and collaborative learning. I also value making writing relevant to all students, regardless of their path in life.

When not teaching, I enjoy writing essays, fiction, and poetry. I have over 40+ publications across multiple websites and magazines. I am also a voracious reader, and I am constantly reading the latest literature to help me connect with students. I am also passionate about music, visual art, and video games, which helps keep me relevant to students.
