As a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami, I have over 5 years of tutoring experience across a range of subjects, including AP Environmental Science and various elementary and middle school topics. Having spent the last year working as a substitute teacher for students from toddlers to 5th grade, I am confident in many approaches to connect with students. I strive to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to explore their curiosity and ask questions. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet individual learning styles, which has led to notable improvements in my students' academic performance and confidence. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading about environmental issues and exploring nature, which enriches my ability to connect real-world concepts to my teaching.
